Event Highlights (Options)

★ Professional photographers will provide photography services on the concert day, capturing both the exterior of the Osaka Concert Hall and performances inside the hall.
★ Media from United States, China and Japan, along with dignitaries and artists, will attend the concert. Journalists will interview participants and report on the concert, participant information, and performance details in Chinese and Japanese media.

Event Overview

The 2025 Takayoshi Takaoka (Tangshang) International Emerging Artists Music Festival in Japan consists of three segments: an online video competition (submission of performance videos), a Japan concert and award ceremony, and a cultural study tour of five Japanese cities.
Participants: Open to music students and learners of all levels.

Application Process:
①Complete the application form.
②Pay the $500 deposit
③Submit a performance video no longer than 10 minutes.
The professional judging panel will evaluate each contestant’s video to determine rankings. Participants will be invited to perform in Osaka, Japan, attend the Master Concert and Award Ceremony, and tour the cities of Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Wakayama.

Application Deadline: December 20, 2024
Video Submission Deadline: January 1, 2025

Fees Include

For Participants:
1.Music Festival: Video competition fees, Japan festival participation, student concert, master concert, award ceremony, certificates, rehearsal space, music hall rehearsal, festival performance viewing
2.Accommodation: 7 days, 6 nights at a 4-star or higher-rated hotel (2 people per room). A single room incurs an additional fee.
3.Tour Guide Services: Tri-lingual guides in English, Japanese, and Chinese, with 7-day full-day support
4.Business Coach Services: 45-seat luxury coach for 3 days (10 hours per day, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm), including airport pickup and drop-off.
5.Tourist Attractions: Tickets to attractions in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Wakayama over 5 days.
6.Meals: 7 days of deluxe hotel buffet breakfasts and two team lunches
